德国央行行长魏德曼：低利率时间过长存在风险

欧洲央行管理委员会成员、德国央行行长魏德曼周五警告称，如果各央行把利率维持在过低水平的时间太长，可能引发金融市场的剧烈波动。魏德曼是在法兰克福附近一个学术大会上发表上述言论的。他称，决策者实施低利率政策的时间越长，资产管理机构就会越感到紧张，因为他们不能最后一个才注意到货币政策的变化。魏德曼称，这会导致出现风险溢价突然上升、前瞻性指引存在的时间更长以及实施规模更大的量化宽松措施的可能性加大。魏德曼周五还警告称，各央行不能忽视其政策行动给金融系统稳定性造成的影响。
