  昨日美元大幅下跌，主要原因来自中国全国人民代表大会常委会副委员长成思危周三表示，在调整foreign exchange储备上可以用强势货币的升值来弥补弱势货币的贬值，市场理解为此言论暗示中国可能将卖出巨额外汇储备中的部分美元买进欧元，受此影响欧元兑美元随即飙升至历史新高，最高达1.4731美元，英镑自1981年以来首次突破了2.1000美元，而后市场对成思危在中国外汇储备决策中的影响力和权威性产生质疑，为美元提供了一定的支撑，非美出现小幅回落，美元指数已接近75.00整数关，技术面看不到任何反转迹象，仍是看空美元为主。
