　　国际能源署（IEA）四月份公布的一份报告显示，全球石油需求量每天下降了120About ten thousand barrels.IEA还称，全球的石油供给量在三月每天下降30万桶至每天9610Ten thousand barrels.IEA周四称，非OPEC国家石油供给量下降的幅度要比之前预测高出很多。
　　
　　crude oil市场的情绪已受到主要产油国上周日未能达成冻产协议的影响，不过国际能源署(IEA)express,2016年非石油输出国组织(OPEC)国家产量将出现几十年来最大幅度的下降，从而帮助油市恢复供需平衡。IEA署长比罗尔(FatihBirol)发表讲话称，过去两年低油价令Spot crude oil投资减少约40%，其中美国、加拿大、拉美和俄罗斯的投资均大幅下滑。IEA署长的言论暂时帮助油价实现“止血”。
　　
　　4小时图来看，目前价格横盘高位，布林带还是呈上扬之势，细心的朋友不难发现价格虽然在震荡，但收盘价格越发越高，说明多头还是主角，布林带向上开口，附图指标MACD金叉缩量，快慢线粘合有向下形成死叉趋势，RSI也是走出粘合向下的形态，近期走势向着震荡上行的通道来运行，回调收阴后都是被阳柱吞没。
