Monday(3month28day)国际油价震荡微涨，美crude oil5monthfutures一度刷新两日高点至40.04dollar/Barrel, Brent crude oil5Monthly futures hit their highest point40.86dollar/桶，因市场乐观认为，主要产油国可能会实施冻产措施，不过欧洲一些国家继续因复活节假期而休市，市场成交清淡。

美国石油产量下降和汽油需求强劲，是油价回升的部分原因，但主要还是主要产油国计划把产量冻结在1月高位的功劳。产油国定于4month17日召开会议，讨论冻产计划。

根据装船数据和业内消息人士，3月迄今石油输出国组织(OPEC)成员国伊拉克的石油出口一直持稳，目前来看该国石油出口迅猛增长的趋势已告一段落。
