昨夜美国财政部宣布扩大次级制裁范围，将针对全球范围内仍与伊朗保持商业往来的实体及国家实施制裁，针对包括技术、黄金、航空和航运等方面。财政部还对近60个实体、个人及船只实施了制裁。美国财长贝森特称，任何为伊朗洗钱的实体将被移出美元体系；对伊朗的经济战将势如“诺曼底登陆”。

美国债券市场即将迎来一股强大的政府干预力量，美国财政部考虑动用近万亿美元的TGA账户储备，为近期翻倍的债券回购计划提供资金，此举旨在化解市场对其流动性不足的质疑。TGA本质上是美国政府在美联储开设的“支票账户”，类似于政府的应急资金池。该账户资金来自现有税收收入。
