九月降息在望，美科技股强弹

美联储于7月例会连续第八次将联邦基金利率维持在5.25%-5.50%水平，符合市场预期。 该央行评论，尽管通胀率仍然较高，但持续往2%目标迈进，经济稳健扩张，而劳动市场放缓，失业率小幅上升，但是处于历史低位。
