Fundamental points

• 日本央行加息：日本央行宣布自2007年以来的首次加息，结束了长达8年的负利率政策。新的利率政策将支持无担保隔夜拆借利率保持在0%to0.1%的区间内。
• 超额准备金存款利率调整：为了实现上述利率指引，日本央行将商业银行存放在日本央行的超额准备金存款利率从之前的-0.1%Ascend to0.1%（不包括法定准备金），新利率将在3month21Effective on [date].
