Brent crude oil rose sharply after closing high on Wednesday and rose to79.91附近，美国原油库存大幅下降及重点原油使用国经济变化，导致原油价格小幅攀升至逾一个月高位。

在利多数据方面，美国能源情报署表示，上周美国原油库存减少923.3万桶，是路透调查中分析师预测的220万桶的四倍多。由于北极冰冻期间油井结冰，美国原油产量从两周前创纪录的每日1,330万桶降至上周的五个月低点12.3桶。北达科他州官员表示，该州的石油产量可能需要一个月的时间才能恢复，该州包括巴肯页岩油田，是第三大石油生产州，上周极端天气导致产量减少一半以上。此外，中国央行将从2month5日起削减银行必须持有的现金准备金数量，此举预计将支撑经济复苏，有望提振原油需求。

而在利空数据方面，尽管早些时候油价小幅上涨，随后再次面临压力，这证明OPEC+目前的石油减产措施根本不够。尤其是当俄罗斯本应承担减产的最大份额时，却没有尊重这些减产，并继续增加原油产量。
