随着锂需求的不断扩大，全球锂资源的开发逐渐活跃，TrendForceexpress,2022年全球锂矿投产专案已达约40多个，预计2025年后全球锂矿投产专案将达100Multiple.

大型锂化学品厂商为保持全球领先地位和竞争优势，势必将向上游锂矿厂商并购以寻求锂资源的保障，如今年5Month USALivent宣布将与澳大利亚锂矿厂商Allkem进行合并，以及ALB并购Liontown的计画等，后续全球锂资源的供给将趋于集中化，且未来几年预计类似的合并或收购还会持续发生。

U.S.AALB并购保产业龙头地位

2022年全球锂产量约8610000 tonsLCE（LCE碳酸锂当量，以下均以此计），其中ALB锂产品（包括锂辉石、锂盐、代工）产量已超过1810000 tonsLCE，占比约21 %。预估2023年全球锂产量可达12110000 tonsLCE，ALB产量占2010000 tonsLCE，占比17%仍居冠。

Liontown为澳洲关键的电池矿物供应商，已同意美国锂生产商AlbemarleCorp.（ALB）提出的66亿澳币（约合43亿美元）的收购计画。若ALB完成对Liontown的收购，掌握的锂资源量将进一步提升，为ALB全球锂盐产能扩张奠定更稳固的基础。而除了ALB，全球主要锂厂商如SQM、天齐锂业、赣锋锂业、雅化集团、盛新锂能、Livent等也在积极扩大碳酸锂、氢氧化锂等产能。
