有“小非农”之称的ADP 就业报告显示，9 月美国私营部门就业人数经季节调整后增加8.9 万人，远远低于经济学家预期的15 万人，也不及修正后前值18万人，该数值自17.7 万人上修。不及预期的原因主要在于大型企业，流失了 8.3 万个工作岗位，并抹去了 8 月的增幅。

另一方面，小型企业增加了 9.5 万个工作岗位，中型企业增加了 7.2 万个工作岗位。同时，年薪成长放缓至5.9%, consecutive times12个月下降。换工作的人的薪资涨幅也缩减至 9%。

数据显示劳动市场降温后，美元指数跌破107.0关口，尽管如此，美元仍接近2022year 11 月以来的最高水平，美联储官员的鹰派言论继续强化了长期高利率的预期。
