上周三大crude oil组织的市场报告让投资者对于短期的原油市场有了进一步的了解，油价在不断冲高后，行情在本周似乎将迎来重要调整。

需求攀升供应减少的一个月

2023year6月，全球每日石油需求破纪录，达到1.03亿桶，预计8月仍将创下峰值。根据IEA的数据，市场在10-12月期间对欧佩克13个成员国的原油需求平均达到298010000 barrels/日，远高于7月份预期的2790万桶。而欧佩克月报则表明，维持2023年全球原油需求增速预期不变，为24410000 barrels/Day.

However,7月全球石油供应却下降91万桶，沙特的减产是导致此局面的主要原因。当前，发达国家的原油库存低于五年平均水平约1.15亿桶。这表明市场愈发紧张，这种情况一部分是因为供应下降所致。IEA预测，在今年下半年，全球库存每日减少约170万桶，这显示出市场可能会进一步紧张，对价格造成更大的冲击。

而根据欧佩克的月度报告显示，沙特单方面减产和俄罗斯的减少出口，使欧佩克+成员的产量降至近两年的低点。

供需均衡变动导致油价上涨

供需交错下，油价在7月份确实保持了稳步上涨节奏。从出口角度来看，俄罗斯海运原油出口价格涨势喧腾，每桶涨幅8.84美元，总价达64.41美元。尽管如此，根据IEA的数据，俄罗斯的石油收入仍比去年同期下降了五分之一以上。

不过从技术角度来看，原油价格短期将陷入调整。

1小时周期上，短期均线已经彻底下坡中长期均线组，油价也做出了有效回踩后出现看跌吞没。日内油价有一定的下行压力，下方看向上行趋势线一带。

综合来看，油价在短期有一定的回调压力，但是在减产继续保持不变，需求稳定增长的背景下，油价在今年依旧有继续上行的动力。
