Ultima Markets: [Market Hot Spot] Crude Oil Rushes Up Duotou Carnival Short positions still exist...

crude oil在低位持续震荡2个月后，上周五终于突破了阻力位的压制。美联储远期加息预期减弱与欧佩克减产开始落实实处让油价触及了一个月以来的高点。美油一周累涨约4.6%，布油累涨约4.1%。未来油价能否继续上行仍看减产力度and消费者需求。

周五美国劳工部公布的非农就业数据不及“小非农”那样火爆，从而消除了此前加息预期的部分热度。非农数据公布后，两年期美债收益率远离2007年来高位，美元指数加速下跌，创两周新低，油价也配合加息预期减弱而上行。

物价水平高涨，货币政策又始终紧绷的状态，加息预期的上涨将导致消费者抑制一些常用品的开支欲望，这也是加息预期一旦出现，油价就有下行的压力原因。

Ultima Markets投研组分析师表示， “接下来的一周，市场的目光将重点转向美国通胀数据，核心CPI可能会影响9Month and11月的美联储会议定价。这一定程度上影响着原油能否继续冲高的关键。”

供给端来看，为了支撑油价，沙特和俄罗斯宣布限制供应的行动在7月份正式实施。作为全球最大原油出口国沙特，7月份的进一步减产，或加剧第三季度原油供应短缺的局面。

而本周的三大油市报告——EIA月度短期能源展望报告、欧佩克月报和IEA月报，将提供供需两端的更多详细数据以供研判。

从近几年来看，欧佩克+已从市场上减少了40010000 barrels/日的产量，但所有减产都未能提振油价。

US goodsfuturesTrading Committee（CFTC）数据显示，截至7month3日当周，投机者对于布伦特原油仍然处于看空状态，虽然较于前一周多单略微上涨但是依旧少于空单。

技术角度来看，布伦特原油已经突破了65日均线的压制。但是5month24日的高点位置短期仍是多空争夺的焦点。

行情若能有效突破78.5美元的价格，则场外关注的看多者或将入局，这将进一步推高油价。反之，则原油仍然可能再次测试72美元一带的低价。
