昨夜美国公布最新ADP就业数据，“小非农”录得远高于预期的49.7万人，同时市场关注的另一个初请失业金人数略高于预期，为24.8万人。两个劳动力市场的数据，推升了市场对于美联储进一步加息的预期，因此作为劳动力市场最为重磅的非农就业数据，今夜的公布或将引发部门品种趋势行情的出现。

6monthADP就业增长为49.7万，为自去年2月以来的最高水平。虽然美国ADP就业数据表现仍然有点不稳定，但6月报告传达的信息相当明确——就业市场仍然火热，美联储加息预期飙升。如果这种强势在周五的非农就业数据中也出现，可能会使本月的美联储加息更像是板上钉钉。

从近一年ADP劳动力数据与非农就业数据对比能看出，数据近半年其实并非是同涨同跌的。

小非农在过去11Within months9个月是低估了美国劳工部统计局公布的非农数据。因此昨夜ADP数据虽然表现强劲，但是仍然需要警惕今夜非农数据是否将出现低于预期的涨幅。若是如此，在昨夜市场大幅波动的背景下，行情或将回到“原点”。

6monthADP数据让市场对于美联储7月的货币政策期待至极。对美联储利率政策最敏感的两年期美债收益率一度升破5.1%Gateway,10年期美债收益率继续刷新4个月来高位，最终收报4.03%。现货gold跳水近25USD, to1910.88dollar/盎司。现货白银盘中最低触及22.53dollar/盎司，最终收跌1.71%Report22.71dollar/ounce.

黄金日线周期仍然维持低位，200日周期均线仍然支撑金价。从裸K角度来看，昨日金价收线为十字星，这种K线结构后续的行情波幅将会较大，因此今夜非农公布后，无论涨跌均是有一定的短期交易机会出现，不过投资者仍然需要注意自身仓位风险。
