上周美国公布了最新的通胀指标，5Monthly personal expenditure rate0.1%，低于预测值的0.2%。5Monthly CorePCE物价指数年率也同样下降至4.6%，略低于预期。

作为美联储最青睐的通胀指标，核心PCE物价指数的下行似乎表明紧缩货币政策正在生效。但是美联储自身可能不会太满意，只有劳动市场的紧张程度有所缓解才能明确通胀可以走向目标2%。

目前美国的通胀威胁比英国和欧元区要小，但是劳动力市场的问题却并不小。美国就业市场今年一直超出预期，欣欣向荣的就业市场却使得美联储在控制通胀方面面临更大的困难。
