Mondaycrude oil价格在开盘后跳空高开，布伦特原油价格一度上涨突破77美元。一切都在于周末的欧佩克会议上，沙特阿拉伯出乎意料的宣布，将在7月单方面减产10010000 barrels/日，而该集团其他成员国则保持产量水平不变。

消息刺激油价短期看涨

全球原油供应短缺的局面或将在今年第三季度加剧。原因除了全球最大原油出口国沙特承诺从7月起进一步减产外，还在于目前欧佩克的减产力度已经足够强劲了。2022年的减产力度是20010000 barrels/日，而今年4月又达成了额外16610000 barrels/日的自愿减产协议，而这些都将延长到明年底。

需要明确是，沙特阿拉伯7月份的减产并非是意思意思，从历史数据来看，这次几乎是自去年10月份以来其实际减产量的两倍。在周末沙特还表示欧佩克同意未来将其基准产量减少14010000 barrels/日，但这些措施要到2024年才会生效。

如果供需前景没有重大变化，这是OPEC九个月来第三次减产，也可能是今年的最后一次减产。目前来看减产的消息短期上支撑价格。

减少供给支撑长期油价

长期来看，原油生产国当然希望价格持续上涨，因此希望从减少供给角度来支撑油价。但欧佩克组织和沙特额外的减产不太可能立即推动油价大幅上涨，因为库存减少需要时间。

此外，欧佩克会议上还为油价设定了每桶70美元的底部。配合减产的消息来看，市场期待布伦特原油价格在今年年底前能升至每桶100USD.

不过从技术角度来看，布伦特原油仍然处于下跌趋势中，并未呈现明确的反转上行的动能。而从ATR技术指标来看，目前波动率持续压抑走低，这通常是暴风雨前的宁静。关注小周期上，原油价格能否在72一带继续支撑，彻底开启上行趋势。

不过油价进一步的上涨或将引发相应国家的通胀进一步上上行，尤其是本周加拿大央行将公布最新的利率决议。作为原油生产国，油价或将对加央行的决策产生一定的影响。
