布伦特原油周一收盘微幅震荡后，今日开盘盘整在76.22附近，受益于沙特承诺从7月起进一步减产10010000 barrels/日，以应对压制市场的宏观经济不利因素。但因美能源部长称关注油价并与产油国和消费国合作确保降油价，令油价回吐涨幅。

在利多因素方面，上周日世界第一大石油出口国沙特阿拉伯承诺下个月大幅减产后，将其7月面向亚洲买家的旗舰原油阿拉伯轻质原油的价格提高到了六个月的高位。根据国家石油巨头沙特阿美公司发表的声明，7月装运的阿拉伯轻质原油对亚洲的官方销售价格(OSP)relatively6月提高了0.45dollar/桶，达到每桶较阿曼/迪拜报价高3USD.

而在利空因素方面，周一美国能源部长格兰霍姆表示，在沙特阿拉伯决定削减石油产量后，美国关注石油价格，并将与产油国和消费国合作以确保降低价格。格兰霍尔姆在一次电话会议上对记者表示，认为供应和需求应平衡。此外，美国三大股市全数收窄，包含标普指数下跌0.2%The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell0.59%And the Nasdaq Index fell0.09%。
