ATFX: China1monthCPIGrowth rate2.1%Monetary policy is expected to continue to be moderately loose

The latest data from the Bureau of Statistics shows that:1In September, the national consumer price rose year on year2.1%Among them, the price of food rose6.2%, non-food prices rise1.2%； Consumer price rise2.8%, service prices rise1.0%。 The internationally recognized moderate inflation level is2%，1China's inflation data in January was relatively healthy. Food prices are rising faster, especially pork and fresh fruits in the sub-categories,1Year-on-year increase of up to11.8%and13.1%，远超正常水平。官方解释为：受春节等季节性因素影响。冬季本身就是蔬菜水果短缺的季节，加之春节需求猛增，鲜果价格出现暂时性猛涨符合市场预期。猪肉价格虽然同比涨幅仍偏高，但环比已经降低10.8%，“高肉价”问题正在显著缓解。


货币政策的核心目标是维持物价稳定，由于中国1monthCPI增速处于合理区间内，所以人民银行大概率维持一贯以来适度宽松的货币政策。美联储仍处于加息通道内，但加息幅度正逐步收窄，2月初的利率决议上宣布加息25基点，低于去年12Of the month50基点加息幅度。美联储紧缩货币政策和人民银行适度宽松货币政策形成鲜明对比，逻辑上看USDCNH存在上涨可能。实际上，自去年11month2Starting from today,USDCNH就处于空头趋势之中，至今日的累计跌幅超7%，市价已经逼近6.800关口。中美货币政策背离，而离岸人民币持续对美元升值，主要原因是市场预期美联储将很快结束加息，美元指数因之持续走低。

既然物价保持稳定，货币政策也应当保持不变，为什么会“适度宽松”？因为中国的货币政策不像美国那样只关注CPI和失业率，而是服务于整个宏观经济。房地产业作为国民经济的支柱产业，一举一动都备受关注，且影响深远。近年来,房地产市场出现疲软迹象，尤其是住宅销售端，成交量一直没有起色。以上海市为例子，2023year1月，上海二手房成交量不足8000套，而去年同期为1.74万套，2021Year is3.97万套，下行态势显著。为了提振房地产市场销售端，人民银行的货币政策将不得不保持适度宽松状态。2022年，人民银行三次下调五年期LPR利率，幅度分别为5Base point15Base point15基点；两次下调两年期LPR利率，幅度分别为10Base point5Base point.2023年，预计长短期LPR利率至少还会下调两次，累计下跌幅度大概率在15基点以上。

需要提醒的是，技术角度看，人民币汇率已经突破中期下降趋势线，二月份有可能保持反弹态势。反弹行情的出现并不是因为中国的CPI数据或者人民银行的货币政策，而是由于美元指数上涨的带动。
