美元兑加元周一收盘大幅上涨后，今日开盘盘整在1.3384附近，昨日美元上涨，周二美联储即将开始为期两天的政策会议。

Bannockburn Global ForexChief Market StrategistMarc Chandler表示，美联储主席鲍威尔处于困难境地，因他们将加息25个基点，但他却不得不反对放松金融状况。联邦基金利率futures交易员的预期是，美联储的指标利率将在6Monthly4.94%的峰值，然后联储将在12月前将利率降至4.53%。这与联储决策者的发言形成鲜明对比，后者此前表示，为了降低通胀，需要将利率保持在限制性区域一段时间。目前的联邦基金利率为4.33%。

昨日财经事件数据方面，美国达拉斯市联邦储备银行公布1月制造业活动指数比预期改善至-8.4%，其中在就业及新订单指数皆有所回升至17.6and-4，反映出美国制造业出口数有所上涨增加。此外，加拿大截至1month27日当周全国经济信心指数高于前期至45.77，显示出市场对未来经济前景有所看好。

euro/dollar (EURUSD)：

欧元兑美元周一盘中冲高回落后，今日开盘徘徊在1.0857上下，由于欧元区消费信心及德国GDP数据利差，使得欧元回吐稍早的涨幅。

此前公布的数据显示，西班牙1月消费者物价同比上涨5.8%, higher than12月的同比升幅5.7%, since last year7月以来的首次同比上升。对此，北欧联合银行NordeaChief AnalystNiels Christensen表示，今天的数据将突显欧洲央行周四加息50个基点的预期，同时也表明利率将进一步上调。

In terms of yesterday's financial event data, the Eurostat announced the Eurozone1月消费者信心指数如预期维持在-20.9，反映出企业主对未来经济和消费预期仍持固定悲观态度。德国统计局公布第四季度GDP年季率皆比预期下跌至0.5%and-0.2%，反映出该国国内生产成长趋缓。不过利好数据方面，欧盟统计局发布欧元区1月各项景气指数皆比预期大幅上升，包含经济指数上升至99.9、工业指数涨至1.3及服务业指数升至10.7，显示出消费者及企业主对未来经济和消费预期有所改善。
