美元兑加元周一收盘维持固定水平后，今日开盘盘整在1.3408附近，由于加拿大经济信心数据普遍利差，使得加元小幅震荡疲软。

此前市场预期美联储在加息问题上将不那么激进，三菱日联金融集团分析师在研报中表示，由于上周公布的美国12monthCPI数据证实通胀压力持续缓和，强化了美联储可能在3OfFOMC会议后暂停紧缩周期的前景，美元指数在最近三个交易日承受了新的卖压，进而上行空间受限。

周一英国央行行长 Bailey 讲话时对数字英镑的必要性提出了质疑，英国将在未来几周内就数字英镑的法律属性展开公众咨询，目前支持者表示，如果英国决定推出数字英镑，交易速度将会大大提升。而贝利周一告诉议会财政特别委员会，他不确定英国目前是否真的需要数字英镑。零售支付系统目前也不需要这种技术升级。相反，欧元区财长周一表示，欧盟将于今年发布一项法律草案，说明数字欧元的推出将是符合欧盟法律的。
