　　从盘面来看，日内黄金走势明显有所转弱，这也是在预期内的，目前行情对三角区间下沿有所刺破，且小时图均线交叉向下，行情整体结构重心下移，预示短期内行情或有进一步的回落调整可能性，但是目前1840附近可能会有支撑作用，至于是否会跌破1840，则可能还是要参考美指走势，以及市场对于本周非农行情的预期。晚间黄金上方继续关注1855附近短压，主要压力则依旧看1860-1863一带，而下方主要支撑依旧先关注三角区间下沿以及20Daily line1847附近争夺，如果今日能收在其下，则短线下方大概率还会去回撤1840附近进行测试，最终跌破与否，则等待周三小非农ADP数据或周五非农数据来取决

　　原油上周小阳线收高，周初长时间横向整理蓄势，周尾两个交易日形成放量上涨。日线连续的十字K线之后接收大阳线放量，同时尾盘收在高位，本周开盘进一步延续了小幅上涨，从周线和日线来看，继续处于摸高当中，而日线的十字K线再续量中继形成摸高。日内短线依旧看延续上扬。4小时台阶式震荡上扬摸高同，逼近前高点有望形成突破，经过了此前的横向整理蓄势，再摸高就有破高的动能，结合小时图整理式的台阶放量上涨，此前在105-112.50之间构造一个整理平台，突破之后上周五回踩确认112.80.刚好是突破口之上再启稳。尾盘至本周开盘即在高位，小时图高位台阶强势延续，而上周五的低点112.80作为短线强弱临界点，此位之上短线先行看多。综合来看，原油今日短线操作思路上鼎盛金师建议以回调低多为主，反弹高空为辅，上方短期重点关注119.0-119.5Frontline resistance, short-term focus below116.0-115.5Frontline support.
