　　gold方面——

　　日内交易分数据前和数据后，数据前做技术面正常交易，数据后看实际影响带来的改变。周四午夜大跌，日线在1910后下跌收阴，并且收在5，10日均线之下，那么，技术面又周四的强势转弱，即在空头趋势下延续弱势下跌状态，日内交易以做空为主，日线暂时高点放在1885，1910，日内震荡走势可能性大，反弹关注压制点位。H4周期的表现则倾向于延续下跌走势，延续力度先看周三强势支撑点1860，破位再看1850，非农之前难以看出大跌空间。因此，日内黄金在1882之下是极弱，下方支撑在1860，1850，在关键点做交易即可。亚欧盘慢涨后如果站稳1882之上，美盘再看1910。5月非农数据前值是43.1，市场预测是39.1，实际数据预计在前值和预测值之间，大概率黄金会先涨后震荡调整，整体修复要修复周四的下跌空间。

　　crude oil方面——

　　原油本周经历无数次过山车行情，且幅度颇大，有人欢喜有人愁。那么对于当下的行情来看，虽然供应担忧支撑油价，但国际能源署以及欧佩克都表示目前还没有表明市场有严重的供给差异产生，也就是说都是各投资者自己过分担忧而已，所以多头是走不远了，而且这种高油价底部支撑极弱，一旦利空油价必然是深渊式下跌，那么建议大家今日高空去布局，点位上激进可现价109直接空，稳健关注109.5-110空即可，进场后止损带好。
