　　美联储鹰派呼吁加快加息步伐，并尽快开始缩减资产负债表，以遏制快速上升的通胀，美元指数暴涨对金价构成压制，尽管俄乌冲突引发的避险需求支撑金价，多空双方情绪谨慎。日线收盘一根中阳线，周线则收成小阳线。周初整理，周尾走高，日线打破了此前的区间上轨，并收成小连阳反弹向上。日线仍处于颈线1890上方的整理修正当中，中期分界点1890得失是关键。投资者对乌克兰战争的经济成本以及法国总统大选可能带来的紧张局势感到担忧，令欧元承压。美元和黄金同步收涨。

　　4小时上周守住在布林道下轨1915长时间整理启稳，周尾走出一波连阳式反弹。打破了窄幅整理区间，同时顶开布林道上轨。拉动均线指标拐头向上形成支撑。4小时显示短线还有适当延续性整理上扬空间，而中轨也是此前的回测的二次低点1926是强弱分界点，此位之上偏多。反之转弱，目前在中轨上方回调择机做多为主。首个支撑则是区间突破口上轨，由此前的阻力转换成支撑，所以综合分析操作上指南金师建议以回调做多为主，反弹做空为辅，回落试探1938不破可顺势做多看涨。

　　白银因俄乌局势避险受益，从22关口迎来连续性拉升，一度突破25.5High to26.5位置，不过涨势并没有得到很好的延续，而是冲击26.7高位出现了大幅回调。目前白银从日线来看冲击25.8高位受阻，迎来震荡下行走势，最低已经触及24关口，布林下轨已经出现开口迹象，布林三轨都一度向下运行，呈现弱势形态。MA5—M10均线维持死叉势头，既然震荡下行那么操作上继续保持反弹25入空。
