　　黄金从技术面来看，黄金上周冲高回落，受避险的推动周初一度冲高逼近前期高点2070一带，冲高后周尾两个交易日承压震荡回落，上周五伴随连阴式的回吐收低。周线一根十字阴K线收盘，较长的上影线，显示周线级别止涨回落，日线则是双阴平阳收低失守10日线，触及多头生命线没能快速收复失地，附图MACD指标有高位死叉之迹象，日线同样进入调整周期。本周继续看高位回落延续。 4小时此前A浪调整后经过B浪反弹修正，目前正处于C浪调整当中，而跌破低点1970奠定浪形延伸的基调，目前初步形成波浪调整当中。空间上还有持续性。4小时布林道此前反弹在中轨处承压回落，上周五也一直维持在中轨下方运行，下破1970低点后形成延伸式的下行。4Hours are bearish.1小时图短周期则是构造台阶下行通道，反抽的高点2009是短期的空头临界点。此位之下短线弱势向下，上周五尾盘反弹在1990附近再承压。综上所述，黄金今日操作思路上余越论金建议以反弹高空为主，回调低多为辅，上方重点关注1995-1990Frontline resistance, short-term focus below1960-1955Frontline support.

　　原油从技术面来看，原油上周高开低走，周初跳空高开至130.50一带承压，周中和周尾反复冲击高点未能突破，周尾承压回落收低。收盘在107.0附近。周线收盘一根大阴K线。初步止涨回落，短线转空。日线则是伴随连阴式的回吐，双阴夹阳式的调整向下形态。4小时跌破前一低点115.70之后，反抽114.80承压，上周五一直维持在次高点114.80下方弱势运行，确认破低点之下的受阻震荡，布林道中轨向下形成压制，4Hours are bearish.1小时图当作台阶下跌通道，同时也是C浪下行调整延伸当中，虽没有破低，但在酝酿下破当中。B浪反弹高点114.80不收复，短线在弱势震荡中蓄势下破。本周操作依托114.80做防守反弹看空即可，目前中轨的阻力在110.20-110.30附近。也是综合来看，原油今日短线操作思路余越论金建议以反弹高空为主，回调低多为辅，上方短期重点关注110.0-111.5Frontline resistance, short-term focus below103.7-103.2Frontline support.
