世界银行下调全球经济预期

世界银行表示，由于发达经济体疫情复燃，今年全球经济从二战以来最严重的衰退中反弹的速度将稍慢于此前预期。

世界银行周二在半年度《全球经济展望》中表示，2021GlobalGDPWill grow4％，低于6月时预测的4.2%,2022Annual growth3.8％。对美国和欧元区的经济预测也有所下调。

世界银行行长大卫·马尔帕斯表示，“政策制定者在公共医疗，债务管理，预算政策，中央银行和结构改革方面面临着巨大的挑战，他们试图确保仍然脆弱的全球复苏获得动力并为强劲的增长奠定基础”。

虽然疫情使数百万人陷入贫困，令约四分之一的新兴经济体和发展中经济体至少十年的收入增长势头出现反转，但世界银行认为，新冠疫苗的问世将在今明两年提升信心，消费和贸易。

世界银行报告中提到了两种不利的假设情境；其一是在世界上大部分地区新冠病例数居高不下，其二是疫苗接种延迟重新引爆财务压力，刺激大量的公司债和主权债违约。这样的结果可能意味着今年GDPOnly Growth1.6％，全球甚至可能负增长。

由于新的防疫限制和广泛的疫情反弹，年初需求料低迷，对2021年美国经济增长的预测从去年6Monthly expected4%lower3.5%。严格的封锁措施后，欧元区经济预测从4.5％下调至3.6％，旅游业等行业可能仍将低迷。

世界银行对2021年全球经济的看衰暗示2021年的复苏将是缓慢而艰难的，这也侧面印证了全球性宽松货币政策的必要性和重要性，并为金价的进一步上涨打下坚实的基础。

U.S.A12monthISM制造业指标创下2018年以来最快增速

ISM周二公布数据显示，工厂活动指数从一个月前的57.5Unexpected elevation60.7。高于50的读数表明行业正在扩张，该数字超出了接受彭博调查的所有经济学家的预估。数据公布后，gold短线下跌6USD.

几个月来，制造业从去年年初的疫情打击中稳步复苏。尽管全面复苏需要一段时间，但最新数据强调了经济增长和库存减少将如何继续推动生产和工厂就业增加。

ISM的生产指标在12Monthly rise4Point, to64.8, for2011year1月以来的最高水平，原因是工厂继续补充库存并满足不断增长的需求。新订单指标达到2004year1月以来的最高水平，订单积压指标升至2018year6The highest since the beginning of the month.

ISM的供应商交货指数攀升至去年5The highest level since the month.

IHS Markit周一发布的另一份12月制造业指标也好于预期，为2014年以来最高。

美国数据的强势暗示着经济在转好，尽管比较缓慢，但也足以对金价造成一定的打击和压制。
