  gold消息面：特朗普签署了总规模为9000亿美元的新冠纾困法案，美国白宫证实，特朗普签署了一项全面的新冠纾困法案。这结束了与国会的僵局，避免政府停摆，并为数百万美国人在新冠疫情席卷全国之际获得经济援助铺平了道路。拜登计划通过《国防生产法案》，据美国约翰斯-霍普金斯大学统计，截至27Japan, USA12月新增新冠死亡病例为近6.5万例，创疫情暴发以来单月新增死亡病例数新高。据CNBC，拜登计划通过《国防生产法案》来促进新冠肺炎疫苗的生产和供应。

　　黄金技术面：日线来看，黄金上周一大涨至1906一线后回落确认了1855这个支撑，本周一黄金早盘大涨20美金但是在1900关口受到了压制，而且美盘也没有冲上去，日线收了一根上影线较长的K线，这也表明了黄金今天还会继续下探，当然不要想着会出现转空大跌，目前来看黄金就是上涨途中的一个震荡蓄力，下方的支撑还是关注1855。四小时线来看，黄金目前处于震荡阶段，1855-1906这个区域内黄金走势较为反复，目前也只能以震荡来对待了；小时线来看，黄金昨日在1900and1896受阻比较明显，黄金没有借着周一的这个机会冲上去，那么今天肯定要下探一波的。黄金接近1895这个前期横盘的成交密集区域也是第一压力，同时前期日线1902reach1906的区域下轨也是压力，上周也是最高触及1905附近开始下跌50美金那么继续关注这个压力防冲高回落。既然错过低位做多就是没有必要追多了，而且早上高开高走留下1882缺口这里位置一定会回补，经验技术都是当日或者三天左右，弱势也许当天回补，强势就是冲高无果再次回落，如果回补大幅下跌破位那就是见顶标志，目前看上周都是1854-1906区域波动，那么本周波动区域在1865-1915区间震荡上行。所以暂时不宜追涨杀跌，目前黄金没有破位1905做空趋势，那么反弹此压力位置将是参与空单的好机会。综合来看，黄金今日操作思路上李联赢建议回调做多为主，上方重点关注1891-1896Frontline resistance, short-term focus below1870-1865一线支撑；中线上方关注1915一线阻力，中线下方关注1865一线支撑。预计本周最高点受阻于1920Below.

　　油价消息面：英欧贸易协议将于2021year1month1日开始临时实施，欧盟官员称，欧盟各国大使一致同意批准临时欧盟英国脱欧贸易协议，将从2021year1month1日开始，临时实施英欧贸易和合作协定。预计将在30日由欧盟理事会和欧盟委员会正式签署，英国议会也将在30日对该协议进行投票表决。另外，欧洲议会的脱欧协调小组提议在2month23日举行一次特别全体会议，以批准英国脱欧贸易协议。俄罗斯副总理：油市有望在明年恢复至疫情前的水平，俄罗斯副总理诺瓦克称，全球crude oil需求依旧低于疫情前水平600-70010000 barrels/日，预计明年石油需求量将增加500-60010000 barrels/日。如果石油市场复苏快于预期，欧佩克+协议可能会调整。目标是随着全球石油市场复苏，恢复石油生产（正常）。

　　油价技术面：上个交易日开盘在48.030dollar/桶位置，最低价给到47.542dollar/桶水平，最高给到了48.588dollar/Barrel level, final closing at48.280dollar/桶。日线收盘中阳线，高价破前高，低价没有破前低，出现了出头走势，日线出现了先跌后涨走势，周线收线阴线锤头线，带有较长下影线，进一步表明下方有一定支撑。布林带开口向上，油价运行在零轴上方，均线系统粘连运行在油价下方形成支撑，整体表现多头格局。原油四小时线来看，油价在上个月出现了触底反弹后，出现了连续上涨走势，最高给到了49.0附近位置出现了遇阻回落的走势中，上周油价出现了逐步震荡回落走势，在触及46.2附近位置后，油价出现企稳迹象，随后一波上涨给到了48.6附近，上涨幅度出现增加，改变了油价震荡回落格局，出现了反一浪上涨，后市有望出现上涨浪延续。综合来看，油价承压后出现了回落迹象，但是46.0附近企稳后，油价多头出现上涨，今日操作上考虑回撤布局多单为主，上方关注49One line of resistance, pay attention below46Frontline support.
