Focus of foreign exchange market
美元方面，周二，美元指数创下逾两周来的最大涨幅，一方面是因美国国会与白宫达成财政刺激协议的机会越来越小;另一方面美国国债的上涨，股市的下跌以及新冠治疗希望的逐渐消失也提振了美元。另外，考虑到欧美新冠疫情再度爆发，还将给予美元支撑;因此，短线而言美元或许还有反弹空间。

日元方面，On Tuesday, the US dollar rose against the Japanese yen0.15%，主要是因避嫌需求的上升刺激美元的走强从而带动美/日的上行。但考虑到安倍经济学加上负利率、大型资产购买和收益率曲线控制等货币政策已令日元被低估。因此，短线预计美/日上升空间有限，中线还有回落预期。

In terms of European currencies,周二，欧元兑美元跌0.57%，一方面是因美元的走强，另一方面欧洲二次疫情的爆发，意大利和法国均新增数千病例，也令欧洲经济的复苏蒙上阴影;因此，短线维持欧元为偏弱结构。

On the UK side,周二，英镑兑美元一度下跌1.1%，主要是因离英国政府规定的10month15日脱欧大限仅剩两天，而英国首相发言人Slack称，首相对内阁表示，英国“准备也愿意”无协议脱欧，引发英镑跳水。与此同时，英国过去24小时新增超过17000例冠状病毒病例，也引发了再度封锁的担忧。因此，短线继续维持英镑为偏强结构。

In terms of commodity currency,周二，除了纽元以外，澳元、加元整体较弱，尤其是澳元。主要是因中国前三季度对澳洲进出口总值同比下降1.1%，这对澳元有所不利;此外，澳洲本国第二波疫情爆发所带来的冲击已开始发酵，并推动澳洲联储准备下一轮宽松行动，这意味着即使美元继续承压，澳元也难以有更多上行空间。因此，短线维持澳元为偏弱结构。

In terms of oil prices,周二，油价涨近2%，主要是因数据显示中国crude oil进口量增加，强劲的经济数据给油价带来了支撑，不过美国财政刺激措施的不确定性抑制了价格涨幅。因此，短线维持油价为震荡结构。
