Focus of foreign exchange market
美元方面，上周五，美元指数大跌，盘中触及93关口。主要是因市场乐观地认为美国将就新的刺激方案达成一致，且投资者押注民主党总统候选人拜登更有可能赢得大选，他将提出更大规模的经济刺激方案，从而施压美元。不过美国总统特朗普10month9日批准的1.8万亿美元规模的经济刺激方案，被众议院议长南希·佩洛西驳回了，这意味着美国国会将不会在大选日之前通过经济救济法案。因此，我们还是继续维持美元为偏弱结构，但下行空间相对有限。

日元方面，上周五，美元兑日元回落0.4%。一方面是因市场预计美国将在大选以后获更大规模经济刺激从而施压美元;另外，美国收益率曲线没能进一步变陡，也使得日元有逐步走强的预期。因此，短线维持美/日为震荡偏弱结构。

In terms of European currencies,上周五，欧元、英镑大幅走强，主要是因美元的回落;此外，数据显示意大利8Monthly industrial production growth7.7%，好于预期也提振了欧元。英国方面，因投资者对欧洲理事会重要峰会前达成脱欧协议的前景更加乐观，也提振了英磅;另外，英镑还因英国财政大臣Rishi Sunak宣布将在新冠疫情严重地区采取新的就业支持措施而获得提振。因此，短线继续维持欧元、英镑为偏强结构，但上升空间已有限。
