Wednesday（9month23日），美元指数延续涨势，再创八周高点至94.19。美元的走强是黄金失守1900美元关口的主因。随着美国进一步刺激方案的达成遥遥无期，且黄金失守关键支撑位，短期黄金存在进一步回落空间。金价上月升至历史高位是一个重大走势，因此出现回调并不令人意外。但中长线看，黄金市场的技术前景仍未改变。

Wednesday（9month23日）美原油一度跌逾1%，美原油连续两个交易日下滑，对于利比亚增产和需求复苏疲软的预期继续施压油价。有消息称，下周利比亚的原油产量将增至2610000 barrels/日，这无疑加大了油市供需平衡的难度。据悉，利比亚的峰值产能高达12010000 barrels/日。与此同时，疫情持续蔓延，尤其是欧洲疫情二次蔓延也对需求前景构成了打击。疲软的需求使得全球炼厂持续削减产能以节约成本，这可能也会加剧供应过剩的程度。此外，近期美元反弹也对油价构成打击，因为国际油价以美元计价，美元走强将会降低非美货币对于原油的购买力。总体而言，油市仍总体偏空，需求前景疲软仍是打压油价的主要因素，疫情的持续蔓延和炼厂运行率进一步下降可能会加剧这一局面。
