Focus of foreign exchange market
In terms of safe haven currencies,日内，美元指数延续涨势，一方面是因美联储官员埃文斯意外发表了鹰派言论，且美国众议院两党通过临时支出法案以避免政府关门给美元提供了支撑;另一方面新冠疫情反弹，也推升了美元的避险需求。今晚22:00，鲍威尔将在众议院作证词，预计态度不会有太多的变化。数据方面，今晚美国将公布9monthMarkit制造业和服务业PMI，目前市场预计变化不大。因此，短线继续维持美元仍为偏强结构，但上升空间已有限。

In terms of European currencies,日内，欧元、英镑继续回落。欧元区方面，主要还是因欧元区国家的新冠疫情再次爆发，欧洲央行资产负债表规模再创新高，打压了欧元。此外，不过今日德国9Monthly manufacturing industryPMI，好于预期，也将给予欧元一定支持。
英国方面，虽然欧盟和英国的谈判进展比预期的稍微好些，但英国疫情严峻，加之英国首相约翰逊宣布对英国采取新的新冠肺炎限制措施，英镑也承压。数据方面，今日英国公布的9Monthly manufacturing and service industriesPMI，预计影响较小。
