　　周三原油价格创出6月份以来最大涨幅，与股票市场联袂上涨，受到了有关美国原油库存将延续下降趋势的预期提振。纽约原油futuresSoaring3.5％，不过仍然未能全数收复前一个交易日收于三个月低点的跌幅。随着股市走强，布伦特原油在技术面也重新站稳，大幅上涨至100天移动均线上方。伦敦和纽约原油期货的14天相对强弱指数在周二都跌至30以下，是4月以来的首次，表明这两种基准原油都超卖。据王今博了解，短期油市基本面看起来疲软，需求复苏脆弱，库存和闲置产能高企，炼油利润率偏低。石油输出国组织(OPEC)以及盟友组成的OPEC+联盟创纪录减产帮助支撑了油价，但由于几乎每天都有严峻的经济数据出炉，石油需求前景依然黯淡。美国能源信息署(EIA)周三将2020年全球石油需求增长预期下调2110000 barrels/Day, to83210000 barrels/Day.
