原油再次强调，跌破41.5后空头确立，顺势开空即可。对于此次原油暴跌的原因，风险资产和大部分避险资产皆逃不过暴跌的命运，市场的风险厌恶情绪达到顶点。风险资产方面，对于跌幅最大的原油，需求疲软是造成油价持续下挫的重要因素。

黄金昨日也迎来了一波狂欢，美盘走出V型反转行情，1930附近开空，如期大跌至1911附近止盈。跌至强支撑后反转行情并没有再去布局，谁料大涨最高至1948一线，反弹了将近40dollar.

黄金大幅拉升反弹是因为美股全线开跌，恐慌指数大涨，美债收益率下滑以及疫情的发展以及英欧贸易谈判相关。黄金避险情绪降温，也引发了市场对黄金多头的抛售。黄金虽然反弹至高位，但是仍然没有破位近期盘整压力，随后行情再次回到1930附近，整体看空依然不变，但还是继续反弹高空，不追空。

日线上看黄金昨日走十字星收阴，4小时上连续两次不破盘整压力后下跌，1Hours2小时运行在中轨附近震荡整理选择方向，虽然说黄金整体看空，但也要随时防止行情反弹，不至于空单做在低位就得不偿失。上方短线压力位1940一线，日内反弹此位置空单进场，这个点位也是昨日开空的起点。
