黄金资讯方面：

本轮黄金牛市以前所未有的速度突破几乎所有关口，其涨势之迅猛令人侧目。从1650The US dollar has risen to1800美元，大约花了4个月的时间；从1800美元攀上1950美元的高位，用时缩短到不满两周；而从突破前高到站上历史新高1980美元上方，不过是短短两天的事情。昨天金价延续大起大落的走势，想必已经让部分多头看到了市场回调的威力。

Gold technology:

从日线上来看，九连阳的走势被终结，昨日收长上引线的小阴线，5日线支撑依然坚挺，KDJ指标再次结成金叉，MACD指标红色能量柱走平但DIF线继续上扬，表明上一波回撤的结束，行情将继续上行。日线级别5日线支撑上扬至1955frontline,10日线支撑上扬至1919一线，今日日线的收线情况的关键点位在1955一线，如果收在1955下方则是这波上涨行情中的首次收于5日均线下方，且日线两连阴，如果周末没有消息面的刺激的话，下周将延续这种弱势走势。反之，收于上方则走势依然强劲，下周高开的可能性加大，2000也只会是多头的小目标。

从小时线来看，目前黄金走势已全部回到均线上方，KDJ指标结成金叉向下，MACDThe red energy column weakens,DIFAndDEA线收窄，结成死叉为时尚早，但已显疲态，继续上涨受制于前高1981一线，再次突破并企稳的概率不大。盘面上来讲，自下午15时那根K线剧烈波动冲高后回落，黄金短时间内陷入窄幅震荡，仅有1973-1978between5个点位的波幅，正常来说，震荡之后将会走出方向，昨天又是收月线的关键时期，方向的选择大概率是走向下的回调蓄能。

总的来说，当前区间仍是内1940-1985内震荡，这次的走势跟之前突破1800前后的走势比较类似，长时间的窄幅震荡后继续上涨，这次的震荡走势不乏这种震荡许久的可能性。综合来看，黄金下周一操作思路上梁乾东个人建议以回调做多为主，反弹高空为辅，上方短期重点关注1985-1990Frontline resistance, short-term focus below1960-1955Frontline support.

美原油震荡交投于40.3dollar/桶附近，日内多国公布经济数据，显示二季度经济遭遇卫生事件重挫，最近的沙特官方售价的下调可能预示着，油市从卫生事件影响中快速复苏的势头出现暂停甚至逆转。尽管亚洲引领全球石油需求反弹，但原油及石油制品库存仍居高不下，且卫生事件正在加剧或者在许多国家卷土重来。因周四美国二季度GDP数据创大萧条以来最差水平，且失业人数回升。同时美国迟迟未能出台刺激措施，且美国政治的不确定性进一步打击市场的情绪，美原油一度大跌6%。技术面来看，日线MACDandKDJDeadfork signal continuation,5Daily moving average underpass10日均线初步死叉，油价下破布林带中轨，短线有进一步向下试探布林带下轨38.9附近支撑的趋势，该位置在7月中旬多次被测试，支撑相对较强，若下破则下行空间将被重新打开；强支撑在6month15Daily low point34.36Nearby, this position is from3月跳空低开以来被多次测试，参考性较强，预计短期下破可能性不大。

整体来看，油价偏向于下行，因有迹象显示油市重新回归到futures溢价的模式，显示现货市场需求疲软，这和4月美原油一度跌至负值的市场结构一致。梁乾东本人预计本周美原油将结束四周连阳的走势。同时全球最大的独立石油储存公司警告因需求疲软，原油存储空间存在再度耗尽的风险。不过，由于布林带下轨目前仍为油价提供之前，且7月中旬多次试探均未能有效下破，若油价坚守该位置，则后市将仍然维持此前的窄幅震荡格局；上方阻力首先关注41关口，突破则依次上看布前期高点42.51，该位置同时靠近布林带上轨，阻力相对较强，油价需要突破该位置才能有效扭转目前的弱势格局；综合来看，原油下周一操作短线思路上梁乾东个人建议以反弹高空为主，回调做多为辅，上方短期重点关注41.5-42.0Frontline resistance, short-term focus below39.0-38.5Frontline support.
