　　道理很简单，做起来却很难，做交易的人都知道不能频繁交易，也知道频繁交易是大忌是错误的，是应该避免的，我们一次次告诉自己不能再频繁交易了，再频繁就剁手，但一次次，又继续频繁交易。
　　
　　都归因为自己贪婪，太贪，心态不好，真的是这个原因么？背后的原因到底是什么呢？今天就让我们来探讨一下频繁交易。
　　


　　之所以无法控制，根本原因是没有明确的交易规则；或有交易规则，模糊、不够细化，导致许多看似是机会，但也好似不是机会得机会；价格上下波动、人容易情绪化的背景下，就通通规则，当成了交易机会。
　　
　　实际中会体现在：人的情绪是极容易受到市场影响，当市场跌，人容易转为悲观；行情涨，人又容易过于乐观。情绪受到市场波动的影响，所以容易出现追高杀跌，或超高摸顶。这就是所谓的冲动型交易！
　　
　　对于大部分人而言，特别对于交易时间不长的新手而言，这是主要原因，也是根本原因，无据可依，无章可循，自然心乱如麻，你的操作跟着会乱。如果没有严格的规则，无论发多少誓言，砍掉多少手指，下一次该犯还是犯，在没有规则的条件下，去发誓要减少频繁胶衣，无异于痴人说梦。
　　


　　就好比现实生活中的交通规则，和法律等约束着人们一样，在交易中同样需要规则自我约束。
　　
　　在大部分的世界里，行情只要涨跌，那就是机会，因为有涨跌，就有差价，有差价就等于利润。市场时刻都在涨跌，所以时刻都是机会，为何不能时刻操作？
　　
　　对于许多老手而言，虽然他们多数已经建立了交易规则，但不够细致，不够明确；因此市场也会出现很多看似属于你、又不属于你的机会；站在当时而言，很难清晰地知道是否是自己的机会，大部分人都害怕措施机会，天生都有追逐利润的冲动，在疯狂的利润面前，人会忘记风险，选择利润，所以会出现频繁交易，因为担心错失行情。
　　
　　频繁交易的毛病，从根本上来，也是首要原因，缺乏一个有效、详细的交易规则，新手最容易犯，老手也容易。对于新手而言，恰恰最喜欢的就是频繁交易，老想着挣钱，那个品种或者股票涨跌就想买哪个，没有买就会产生担忧措施利润。
