现货黄金上周五开盘后走出单边上涨行情，从1795美元附近一路涨至1810美元附近，不过尾盘有所回落，最终收于该关口下方。截至收盘，现货黄金涨0.68%Report1808.90dollar/盎司；现货白银涨1.0%Report19.32dollar/Ounces. The US dollar index closed lower0.30%Report96.01。

油市方面，美、布两油开盘后震荡下行，WTI原油一度逼近40美元关口，布油一度跌至42.61dollar/桶，随后收窄跌幅。截至收盘，WTICrude oil decline0.31%Report40.58dollar/Barrel; Brent crude oil fell0.69%Report43.09dollar/Bucket.

原油还是走震荡行情，没什么交易机会。本以为周五41美金开空会打破40美金支撑，最后还是受制于下方阻力，区间还是没有打破。

原油既然还是没有打破区间震荡行情，那么近期我们就以区间震荡行情操作，不过要随时关注下方行情打破支撑，原油在高点盘整的够久了，盘整越久，跌势越深，就是要时间去验证耐心等待，稳健是以高空为主，上方41美金依然是强压力位，早盘依托此位置开空。

日线上原油高位横盘后下跌收三连阴，虽然说均线走势较弱，但是在小幅度的下跌中，4小时触及41.5布林带上轨压力不破后稳步下跌，目前行情跌至中轨下方，强支撑位在39.7位置，若行情进一步下破或将跌至38.0位置，先关注40美金能否破位，不破还是区间走势。

原油早盘41美金附近开空，40美金不破开多，破位先观望。

黄金近期还是维持在1820-1790大区域内运行，短线级别1815是强压力位，1795是强支撑位，区间运行越来越小，日内多空都有机会，依托压力位开空，支撑位开多。

黄金上周虽说跌破1800支撑至1794一线，但行情最终V型反转回补，最终还是走回区间行情，既然行情走回，那么我们就不去追单了，区间行情也好操作，只需要高空低多就可以，1815附近空，1795There are many nearby.

日线上黄金连续走了几波多空行情，2小时上看黄金1795支撑后反弹，此位置依然是区间支撑，上方压力1815-1818，高抛低吸。
