       7.15原油基本面及技术面分析：


　　   原油消息面解析：原油日内有两大关注点，一是美国EIA原油库存数据，根据凌晨API发布的情况来看，预计同样会是利多油价；二是欧佩克+召开的部长级监督委员会会议，将会对前面没有完成减产份额的国家的补偿减产计划进行讨论，将会对油价有一定的利好，不过同样会讨论是否会延长目前份额的减产计划，市场预计后续将会减少减产份额，这将对目前的油价产生一定的打击。


　　技术面分析；原油日线收盘阴线小实体线，高价没有破前高，低价没有破前低，出现内包线形态，MA20均线出现了拐头迹象，油价运行在均线下方，多空指标出现了死叉发散中，下行支撑方面首先关注38.5位置，该位置是近期油价下跌最大值，同时在该位置得到了一波较为强劲的反弹走势，若进一步下破38.5位置，原油下行空间有望打开，进一步考验37.5Nearby support.


       原油从四小时图上来看，布林带三轨逐渐向下发散，原油价格运行在布林带中轨和下轨之间，均线依然是收死叉下扬，目前短线偏空运行。综合来看，今日短线操作短线思路上王铭鑫个人建议以反弹高空为主，回调做多为辅，上方短期重点关注41.2-41.5Frontline resistance, short-term focus below38.5-39.0Frontline support.
