据金融时报，此前欧洲央行行长拉加德表示，7月即将召开的会议上，他们计划“不作为”，保持利率不变；同时，由于近期的通胀率一直保持在0%以上，所以无需进一步下调实际借贷成本利率。在德国议会的帮助下，有关德国法院限制欧央行QE裁决的紧张气氛已有所缓解，欧央行可再次集中精力对抗疫情造成的经济影响。

对于原油市场而言，本周或许又将来到一个关键的“十字路口”。欧佩克的主要成员国及以俄罗斯为首的盟友将于周三通过一次网络会议碰头，就该集团当前和未来的产量进行讨论。届时将揭晓欧佩克＋会否继续延长历史性减产至8月。但据最新表态，即便减产最积极分子沙特目前也已无意延长减产。油价上周五上涨超过2%，因国际能源署(IEA)上调了2020年需求预测，此外数据显示美国能源公司连续第10周将活跃钻机数减至纪录低位，也给油价带去了支撑。从周线走势看，美国原油上周变化不大，而布伦特原油上周上涨约1%。

IEA上周五的报告显示，疫情对全球石油需求的最坏影响已经过去，但在2020年下半年油市缓慢复苏之际，这种影响将继续存在。全球最大的几个产油国今年多数时间都在试图消除石油过剩局面，并稳定油价。今年年初以来，全球基准布伦特原油futures价格已累计下跌31%, to43.24dollar/桶。美国油价基准西得州中质油期货价格自6月底以来一直在40dollar/桶附近交投，4月份该期货价格一度跌至负值。
