Yesterday evening20：15公布了美国ADP就业数据，业内称为小非农。ADP新增就业人数236.9万人，带动市场逐险情绪的上升。纳斯达克100指数创出新高，触及10327点。而gold则跳水19美金。今日晚间20：30还将公布非农数据，届时恐又引起市场大幅波动。

ADP就业数据是什么

ADP是一个美国的人力资源外包公司，美国不少企业采用这一公司的HR进行员工招录和薪资统计等。ADP就业数据就是Automatic Data Processing公司利用内部资源统计并公布的就业状况数据。因此ADP就业人数和美国劳工部统计的非农数据口径有区别

而造成ADP与非农数据差异的原因之一往往是恶劣天气，集中在夏季的飓风和冬季的暴雪。而现在美国没有恶劣天气，因此净增加的ADP新增就业人数或许暗示今晚非农数据表现不错。

非农数据或再次刺激美股向上

今年之内，美联储都不会进行加息操作，这也使得非农数据对于美股的影响更为简单。非农新增就业数据净增加短期内不会引发美联储加息预期，因此会更为单向的利好美股。
科技股在本次疫情之中受到的冲击小于其他板块股票，这也使得纳斯达克100Exponential self4月份起形成了新一轮的牛市，并在近期不断创出历史新高。从技术分析看，NAS100稳定运行在上涨通道当中，最近的通道上方位于10500Near.

上周纳斯达克指数形成了谐波形态中的看涨AB=CD形态，更确认了在通道内的下跌仅是牛市的调整。倘若非农数据再出利好，纳斯达克指数或许再攀高峰
