今天“央妈”又有大动作，降息并重启14天逆回购：


市场期盼的“降息”意外来了。18日早间，央行公告称，今日开展500Billion7天期逆回购和700Billion14天逆回购操作，后者中标利率为2.35%，相比前次降息20个基点。在“降息”带动下，市场人士认为下周LPR下调概率加大。


此前在15Day16日央行决定启动三期抗疫特别国债（什么是特别国债？特别国债它主要是中/央政/府为了应对特殊时期的特殊形势，为了服务某个特殊目的，而做的一种债务融资。它不是财政预算的常规工作，基本上属于重大的改革，或者说和突发情况是有关系的。为应对重大改革和突发事件提供资金来源。今年我国发行的抗疫特别国债，从名称就可以看出，它主要是为了应对新冠肺炎疫情影响，由中财统一发行的特殊国债，不计入财政赤字。今年我国抗疫特别国债的发行规模达到了1万亿元。）规模共计1700亿元，其中第三期抗疫特别国债规模为700亿元，与这次的14天逆回购操作规模一致，央行此次旨在平滑短期资金市场波动，保证财政政策的流动性空间，这次14天逆回购是为了配合抗疫特别国债的发行，其次是平抑资金面在临近半年末失点的波动。


在此的助推下，人民币升值至7.0608，美元跌破97后回升，BTC拉升至高点9483后回落，goldUp to1737后回落，BTC则走出了一波过山车行情，低多至9384，半小时的时间走出了今日到目前为止的高低点，否则BTC今日从早间8点到现在呈横盘走势，围绕9420上下窄幅震荡。


BTCMarket analysis:


BTC从昨晚V型反弹以来，今日整体横盘整理，没有大的波动，上方受压于9500，下方支撑于9350，BTC反弹并没有延续上攻，4小时图中压力在下移，整体呈圆弧顶型态下滑的走势并未被打破，故而BTC的下行风险仍还未被解除，当然若上破9500的压力，那下行通道上轨被击穿，则币价重返强势，才有进一步看涨的可能，否则还是以弱势对待。
