From4小时图上来看，此前美联储再次承诺将采取行动缓解卫生事件危机带来的经济影响，提振了黄金的避险吸引力，且布林线中轨仍然为金价提供支撑，若金价坚守布林线中轨附近支撑，则仍然有进一步走高的可能，隔夜高点1744.73目前已经转换为上方初步阻力所在，进一步阻力在布林线上轨1754.71附近，若突破该位置，则金价将再次冲击七年半高位高点1765.43一线，并大幅提振市场看多情绪。综合来看，今日短线操作思路上高景堔个人建议以回调做多为主，反弹高空为辅，上方短期重点关注1745-1750Frontline resistance, short-term focus below1720-1715Frontline support.

　　原油日线来看：油价高位回调之势；布林带三轨向上，MACD初步结成死叉绿色能量柱初显，KDJ初步死叉随机向下发散。目前油价看涨动能明显减弱，后市恐有回落风险。原油日线级别的反弹已经告一段落，接下是调整段。原油上周五走势相对于来说较为平缓，价格在34.5受到支撑开始反弹，原油可能更多在高位进行盘整，但是在技术面走势上，价格暴跌过后没有出现深度的回调，主要原因，是人们认为原油属于消耗品，市场的需要，作为长期来看的价格投资属性较高。不过本周美国感染病例激增，引发了市场对第二波的担忧，冲击了美国这个全球最大原油消费国的需求前景，只要病情继续引起人们的关注，出行需求就可能会继续减，就会导致油价需求量不高。综合来看，今日操作短线思路上高景堔个人建议以反弹高空为主，回调做多为辅，上方短期重点关注36.5-37.0Frontline resistance, short-term focus below34.5-34.0Frontline support.
