GKFXPrime捷凯金融：美国购债步伐不变，预期2年内不加息，鸽派会议提振黄金多头

北京时间今日凌晨2点，美联储公布利率决定宣布维持利率不变。同时本次美联储货币政策会议公布了最新的经济预测报告，预期2020yearGDP增速将下滑6.5%，2021Year and2022年将恢复增长。

就如本周市场前瞻视频中所提到，本次利率决议其实更重要的是能否给市场一个前瞻性指引，帮助市场判断何种资产将会受到影响。从结果来看，美联储及鲍威尔释放了较多鸽派的讯息，因此gold价格在利率决议后从日内低点上冲30USD to1740One area.

加息？想都没想过！

通常美联储一年公布四次经济预测报告，但是由于3月份受疫情影响，经济前景不确定太高，因此当时并未选择发布。因此本次经济预测报告相当于是今年的第一份报告，对比去年12月份的预测其实没有意义。


通过预测报告中的点阵图我们能直观地发现，美联储委员一致认为在2022年前都维持当前0%-0.25%的利率水平，并不会选择加息。而在随后的美联储主席鲍威尔发言中，特别强调了“We're not even thinking about thinking about raising rates”（我们对加息这件事情想都没想过）。

资产购买步伐并不会减缓

美联储在过去一段时间已经采取了强有力的措施来支持经济中的信贷流通，鲍威尔也强调目前的货币政策立场是恰当的。此前美联储将放缓了购买国债和抵押支持债券的步伐，市场担忧未来会不会越买越少，但是此次利率决议对于这个担忧也进行了回应：美联储承诺维持当前的资产购债速度，下个月将以每月800亿国债和400亿抵押支持债券的速度实施资产购买。
当前美联储进行了大量的资产购买，相当于印钱投入到金融市场中。市场担忧是否会导致美国通胀飙升，但其实近期通胀在近期始终在萎靡走低，对于2%的通胀目标可能都是漫长的过程，更难说出现恶性的通货膨胀。

经济预测报告对于今年的PCE通胀预测为0.8%Expected2021Year is1.6%，2022Year is1.7%。这潜台词也表示美联储对于未来2年半的通胀水平并不担忧出现通货膨胀，甚至达到2%目标都比较困难。


   鲍威尔在发言上也强调了，美联储在疫情前的失业率水平一直保持不错，低于4%。那时候的劳动力市场都表现非常好，但是当时的通胀都没有做出什么反应。只有通胀目标达标。同时失业率也回落才可能改变当前的零利率水平。

鸽派利率决议提振黄金多头情绪

上周五美国非农数据导致黄金快速下跌，但是受阻于1670一带，并未有效跌破形成空头形态。而本周连续收出3日阳线，短期多头情绪浓厚。但需要注意的是黄金短期上涨过快，且上方阻力较多。根据GKFXPrimeProvidedTradingCentral技术指标来看，黄金需要在突破1745后才继续看好未来多头趋势。
