今天先继续来聊聊中行原油宝事件，奇葩年年有，今年特别多，过去很多的不可能变成了现实，一件又一件的奇事刷新了大家的三观，而原油史上的负油价的事件上也是如此，美国的这次反杀搞成了奇葩事件，2020年注定是不平凡的一年，成为养“天鹅”的一年，并且还是黑色的！相信还会有不少的“黑天鹅”产生。


而原油宝事件中，亏损900万后倒欠银行500万的事该如何解决，是投资者承担还是银行承担，目前仍还没有个定论，市场众说纷纭，各有各的道理，各有各的意思，而在本人看来，小散是弱势群体，亏完本金已经难以接受了，别说还倒欠银行那么多资金，这是需要个说法，到了规责的时候，若给了银行钱，那么能拿到油吗？或者说银行的是纸原油，那么到了亏完保证金后为何没有强平，又或者说市场没有人接盘了，那中行是不是应该自己接手呢？一大批问题来了？具体的合同是怎么样写的，目前我没有见到合同，也不敢乱说，只能讲这是“活久见”的事，很不幸，让中行及在参与原油宝的投资者们遇见了且碰上了，积极的解决吧！




大千世界，无奇不有，没有远见的事就不能说不可能，因为不可能的事往往最爱发生，相信通过这次事件后，市场又会有新的规定或改动，银行理财刷新了大家的认知，再没有人说银行理财是最安全的了，反而交易所反而凸显出不一样的优势，那怕是最糟糕的事发生一次性本金也亏不完，这还少说最糟糕，因为交易所有杠杆，保证金交易，强平线在止盈保证金30%会强平，这样本金至少也还有30%，是不是不一样，下面我们来看看币市的行情：


昨日币市迎来新的突破，其中BTCPull to7730，ETH登上93.6，LTCPull to43.5今日继续拉升至44.7。而在此之前，本人已经给大家做出了强调多头，在周三及昨日晚间再三强调，也恭喜之前在186做多的哪位ETH的币友，成功解/套且有收益，在行情拉升之前，他也有问到我，上方看到多少，我当时给他分析后说190上方，果然行情很给力，上到193.6后回落。

昨日币市破天荒的暴涨，但由于上到7730后回落也太快，上方抛售力度够大，整体还不太支持多头，随后一根上影线较长的阳线回落至7500附近徘徊，今早7点开始回落至7440后反弹至7500开始震荡，大趋势上的多头依然不改，但上方目前受压于7600，4小时图上看，下方支撑于7400That is to sayMA10一线，整体以低多为主，上方关注7600and7730Pressure, follow below7400Frontline support.

ETHMarket analysis:


昨日大涨后，今早回调至183一线后反弹，最高触及189.7，仍没登上190上方，说明190一线存在压力，小时图中注意关注下方MA60一线的支撑，也就是183-184，均线上依附MA20上下徘徊，整体呈震荡形态，箱体走势，上方依托190一线压力空，下方依托184一线支撑多，操作上策测解币区间对待，若破高做多，破低做空。
