OPEC+产油国首次扩大会议上，欧佩克就减产达成协议，并且计划了为期两年的减产方案，但是，此方案遭到其他产油国的反对，并且欧佩克方面希望美国、加拿大在G20能源会议上能够消减50010000 barrels/日，将成为欧佩克及+减产方案最终能够实施的因素。欧佩克+产油国首次会议是成功还是失败，当前还不能下结论，因为会议仍然在召开之中。原油在欧佩克+的减产风波之中，冲高回落，最高触及28.36dollar/桶，最低22.57dollar/Barrel, decline20.03%。
