　　周一油价低开10%，因此前沙特与俄罗斯发生口水战，导致原定于4month6日的会议推迟至4month9日，同时美国闭口不提减产的问题，也令市场担忧美国可能不会减产。王今博认为考虑到需求损害程度远高于减产水平，需警惕市场出现买预期卖事实的情况。不过沙特推迟了官方售价的发布，这暗示沙特对于达成协议持开放态度，仍期望能在周四的会议上解决价格战，这令市场担忧情绪缓解。
