昨日晚间英国选择再度提前降息15Bps to0.1%，并且扩大英国国债的持有量。澳洲联储也随后在周四宣布将利率再次下调25Basis points, to0.25%的历史新低。此外澳洲联储和美联储也将建立600亿美元的互换协议。互换协议额度帮助市场上提供美元流动性。


全球各大央行相继通过降息，购买国债甚至QE等货币政策方式来帮助经济不会因为疫情原因而导致出现断崖式下跌的情形。就如同英央行在货币政策委员会特别会议上强调的，肺炎疫情导致剧烈且大规模的经济冲击，但是我们不能等待经济数据做出反应后再行动，需要立即采取行动来刺激经济。 市场在今日给出积极反应，VIX恐慌指数与美元指数双双开启下行趋势。非美货币如英镑、欧元、澳元都开启了上涨趋势。
