　　技术面，日线上看，黄金在周三冲高回落收得压制性阴K之后，隔日延续跌势，并一举刺破1540关口，再创近期新低，日线录得小阴十字星，今日开盘黄金上涨动能明显不足，持于1500关口附近涨跌转换，日线上看，黄金大概率将会承压下跌，或将冲高回落；4小时上看，黄金自周三冲至高位1611附近大幅回落后，黄金持于低位盘整，当前布林带即将开口，MA均线在走出双死叉后，MA5日线有向上拐头迹象，KDJRandom indicators with three lines up,MACD指标底背离，快慢线平行向下，就目前来看，今日将迎来一月一次的非农重磅数据，黄金在数据前大概率将会持于盘整，等待进一步走势明确，日内操作陈大宾建议高空低多进行布局，上方关注1556-1560One line of resistance, pay attention below1540-1545一线支撑，日内重点关注晚间非农就业人口数据，具体已实盘变跟为主。

Crude oil:


　　国际油价下跌，涨幅0.63%；国际能源署（IEA）预计石油价格不会大幅上涨。预计2020年国际石油需求小幅高于10010000 barrels/日，没有看到近期全球石油价格从现在的水平再跳升的理由，印度的石油需求增速暂时放缓，和历史数据对比，全球石油需求还处于疲软状态。同时，本周美国原油库存的增加也带给油价一定压力，而投资者仍没有看到原油需求进一步走高的潜力。


　　技术面，美油已经连续四个交易日收阴下跌，日线级别依旧在持续延续空头，没有要进行反转的意思，尤其是周三阴线力度非常之大，昨日下探后虽有回弹，但依旧收阴，此状态表明当前空头动能似乎没有完全释放，周三大阴线的影响力实在太大。同时下探后回弹动作也表明行情进入59-58之间后也受到一定的技术支撑作用，借此支撑区域出现止跌的可能性较大，尤其是至58一线，从位置来看58.5区域是前期的顶部区域，属于强支撑区域，作为60、200日线以及趋势线支撑，因此，日内价格再度下探58.5区域参与多头。4小时来看目前价格在布林带下轨得到支撑后反弹，KDJ向上延续，MACD绿色动能柱开始缩减，说明短期反弹将延续，综合来看操作上陈大宾建议高空低多，上方关注布林带中轨压力位60-60.8位置，下方则关注58.5-58.3短线共振点位的支撑。有套单的朋友还请尽快处理，不知所措没有思路的朋友也可以私撩笔者nbc1983是惟心寻求帮助。
