       现货黄金周五（12month13日）温和收涨，美市盘中最低下探至1461.87dollar/盎司，金价自开盘后盘整，之后转涨，金价震荡下行，录得日内高位1475.37dollar/盎司后转跌，金价跳水已跌至1470关口下方。白银也冲高回落，盘中最低触及16.82dollar/盎司，银价仍运行在17美元关口下方。美元小幅下跌，美元指数最低下探至96.61, continue to run on98Below the gate.


   周五国新办发表声明称，经过中美两国经贸团队的共同努力，双方在平等和相互尊重原则的基础上，已就中美第一阶段经贸协议文本达成一致。协议文本包括序言、知识产权、技术转让、食品和农产品、金融服务、汇率和透明度、扩大贸易、双边评估和争端解决、最终条款九个章节。同时，双方达成一致，美方将履行分阶段取消对华产品加征关税的相关承诺，实现加征关税由升到降的转变。与此同时，美国总统特朗.普则发推证实，不会对中国加征新关税。


   彭氏解盘认为：中美就第一阶段的贸易协议达成一致后，黄金下挫之后随即反弹，并以涨势收盘，显示出令人惊讶的弹性。同时，周五及此前的一些疲弱的美国经济数据对贵金属多头有利，但全球市场的不确定性并未消失，尤其是每况愈下的负利率环境对黄金的支撑仍然存在。

12.16Spot gold基本面及技术面分析　


     现货黄金从日线级别上看，日线收中阳线，高点没有破前高，低点破前低，没有出现出头或落尾走势，30日双轨均线向下发散中，金价运行在双轨下方，macd指标上金价运行在零轴下方，空头动能放量出现减弱迹象，kd指标上显示，kd双线运行在50区域，出现金叉向上发散中。在浪型结构上看，黄金运行在1556.92dollar/盎司后承压下跌的下降通道中，在触及1445.52dollar/盎司后，金价出现了一波平台型调整的五浪调整。在结构上看，黄金后期将出现下跌的三浪走势，在日线级别上看，上方压力位需要关注1486-1492位置压力，若进一步上破，金价将突破日线级别下降通道线，间接打破下降走势格局。


   在小时级别上看，黄金在12month9Daily low point1458.58dollar/盎司得到支撑后出现了一波上涨的五浪走势，在最高触及1486.57dollar/盎司后五浪完成，金价出现下跌，下跌幅度有点大，打破了金价上涨的浪型，进一步转跌，在昨日反弹的力度较大，进一步给到了多空分界点1477dollar/盎司。在黄金1486.57dollar/盎司看做下跌的一浪，那么周五反弹1477dollar/盎司，将视为二浪调整，在下周一开盘后，金价承压1477dollar/盎司，大概率上将出现小时级别下跌三浪走势，下周多空分界点关注1477dollar/ounce.


        综合来看，下周一短线操作思路上彭氏解盘个人建议以反弹高空为主，回调做多为辅，上方短期重点关注1482-1484Frontline resistance, short-term focus below1468-1470Frontline support.

       展望未来，国际能源署(IEA)周四发布月报指出，未来油价仍将承压，尽管OPEC及其合作伙伴加大力度减产，但IEA预测认为，全球库存料急剧增加。IEA指出，即便OPEC+严格执行新减产协议，且伊朗、利比亚和委内瑞拉等国的政治困境继续拖累这些国家的出口，全球市场供应可能只会比11月产量少5310000 barrels/日。这与OPEC自己的形成鲜明对比。OPEC预测称，由于沙特阿拉伯在最新减产协议生效前已经开始进一步加大力度减产，明年全球市场将出现供给缺口。挪威petroleumgame(NPD)周四表示，挪威11月份石油产量达到17110000 barrels/日，为近32个月以来的最高水平。彭氏解盘认为“尽管贸易形势改善很可能遏制需求走疲，但这可能不足以扭转2020年初市场供过于求的情况，因此这可能是目前油价无法大涨的原因。”


   原油，昨日上涨至60.4附近，晚间因国际茆易乐观情绪影响，油价得到推升，一度走高测压至60.5附近，日线收得一带有上影线的小阳。从日线结构上来看，虽消息面给原油带来了短期的偏强效应，但是其整体结构依旧未走出此前的预期区间，上方60.5一线依旧还存在着较强的趋势线测压，且日K线近期频繁阴阳交替出现，也表明当前行情还是震荡结构，没有明确的方向性。短期而言，要想有大幅的突破必须跨过60.5一点的测压，本周来看，一路都是慢延续的行情，下周我们需要额外关注测压点及支撑，单子一旦进去必须做好风控。根据日线结构状态以及小时图走势，60.5压力争夺比较明显，一旦大力度站稳那么还将继续上看61，而下方则继续关注59争夺，向下则延续至58.2-0第二回撤支撑点。短线结构来看，震荡待突破，日线还有延续迹象，下周操作上彭氏解盘建议上方阻力关注60.5First line, support attention from below59frontline.
