US crude oil news:Thursday(12month5day)WTI 1月原油期货收平，报58.43dollar/Barrel; Brent2Monthly crude oil futures up0.39USD, increase0.62%Report63.39dollar/桶。交易商正在等待主要产油国作出有关原油产量的决定。一个关键的委员会在维也纳建议OPEC将每天的产量目标削减50万桶。尽管关键细节尚未出现，但最新举措似乎只是将OPEC今年大部分时间里已经超额减少的幅度正式化。
昨日晚间，第177届欧佩克大会在维也纳拉开帷幕。因包括伊拉克在内的问题等，欧佩克会议延长超过6个小时。北京时间周五凌晨6点左右，会议宣布结束。值得注意的是，欧佩克或就深化减产5010000 barrels/日达成共识传出，油价的反应一直冷淡。对此，有分析师指出，欧佩克减产深化提议未能撼动市场。一个关键点在于，俄罗斯能源部长诺瓦克在接受采访时表示，深化减产的决定只有在欧佩克+所有成员国减产执行率都达到100%时才会生效。
俄罗斯方面还带来了另一个油价的利空消息。俄罗斯能源部长诺瓦克表示，将于周五决定具体的减产额度分配，并将从本月开始排除凝析油在减产额度之外。今日还是有可能有意想不到的消息传出，投资者需紧盯相关动态的发展，尤其是今日将举行的第7届欧佩克和非欧佩克部长级会议新闻发布会。

综合来看，日内操作上建议高空为主。上方初步阻力在58.50，近一步阻力在59.30； Preliminary support below57.50Further support on57.00。
