according toOPEC消息人士透露，为了支撑油价，OPEC及其盟友可能会在下月开会时将石油限产措施延长至明年6月。中国商务部表示，中美双方保持沟通渠道畅通，目前在力争至少达成阶段性贸易协议，这也为油市提供了支持。
有分析指出，在12月大会之前，关于减产的消息成为了影响原油走势的主导因素。本周的原油走势就证明了这一点，周一原油受贸易消息影响走势疲软，来自中东局势方面的利好消息也无法支撑油价。自周二起每日都有欧佩克+消息人士或盟国发布关于12月是否深化减产的指引，受此影响油价如坐过山车。
消息人士称，欧佩克有两种选择：在12月的会议上宣布将当前削减幅度延长至6月，或将决定推迟至3月以了解市场表现。这两个决定或将在年底前把原油价格引向两个截然不同的结果。
