　　打开搜索引擎，有关“炒股”“炒黄金”经验传授的几乎刷屏。与此同时，身陷陷阱的案例也屡见不鲜。
　　
　　类似的骗局，或许此时就潜伏在你我身边。如何远离陷阱?民警给出了如下分析和建议：
　　


　　“炒黄金”骗局的惯用手法就是加群，通常把客户拉入一个股票群，因为炒股大家都熟悉，不容易排斥，股民数量也比较多，拉客户不是特别难。”就如文中犯罪嫌疑人自述的那样，在股票群中常常推荐股票，分析股票走势。殊不知，此时大量的“托儿”已经潜伏在里面了。在推荐股票时，如果股票涨了，里面的“托儿”就大肆吹捧，增加客户对推股“老师”的信任。
　　
　　下一步，就是拉去直播间讲课了。等到群里的客户数达到一定数量，通过推股、分析股票建立的信任感达到一定程度，就会邀请客户去直播间听课。通过声音更能与客户建立信任感，讲课的“老师”自有蛊惑人心的办法。
　　


　　接下来就是此类骗局最重要的一步——“转化客户”了。在直播间讲股票期间，获得客户信任差不多时，就开始推荐客户去投资黄金了。高明的骗子不会直接推荐客户去“炒黄金”，那样容易引起反感。“老师”会在讲课期间偶尔露一下“炒黄金”的盘面，里面肯定赚了不少钱。此时，里面的“托儿”会追问“老师”做的是什么。“老师”从“不肯说”到“勉强透漏”，再到同意带着大家一起做，骗子的前期工作完成，就进入了“收割”阶段。
　　
　　“客户一旦被转化进来‘炒黄金’后，剩下的就是想办法把客户手中的钱骗来了。”刚开始为增加客户的信心，会让客户赚一些小钱，也有利于让其追加投资，吸引那些还在观望的客户。等客户资金大批量投进来后，一夜之间血本无归是常事。甚至有些客户自始至终都认为是自己投资失败，没觉得自己被骗。
　　


　　为什么骗子能把客户亏的钱变成自己的?因为骗子推荐客户去“炒黄金”的平台一般都是非法平台，他们达成了合作协议。还有一种情况，那就是“炒黄金”的页面根本就是犯罪团伙制作的虚假页面，数据也不存在公信力。犯罪团伙操控虚拟盘面，煽动客户不断投资。
　　
　　对此，警方提醒，防止落入“炒黄金”投资陷阱其实并不难，最关键还是要克制一个“贪”字，如果对方做的投资那么赚钱，为什么不自己塞满腰包，而是要带一个素不相识的人一起致富?
　　
　　“炒黄金”市场暗流汹涌，投资者误入歧途，往往会血本无归，警方提醒，市民投资须保持头脑清醒。
