　　隔日黄金冲高1515一线后承压，盘中最低触及上周五低点1504附近，随着隔日的回落日线最终录得阴线，黄金未能像预期般的去测试1518阻力位，不过很显然目前上方的阻力*还是十分明显，自10月份以来黄金已经对1515-1518区域进行过多次的反复测试，笔者也强调过，黄金想要打开短期上行空间，必须得突破企稳此位置；从目前来看多头还是有些力不从心，上周五的非农没有出现大幅的利好，导致价格无法通过消息面影响爆发性的拉升突破阻力位，如果黄金是继续调整不破的话那么接下来自然会再次重复区间震荡结构走势。
　　
　　日线隔日收阴，不过目前价格仍持稳在周期均线上方，但是短线反弹势能减弱，1515上方的阻力承压明显，仔细观察走势会发现黄金无论是隔日还是周五美盘都是在快速拉升至此位置后迅速的承压回撤，这样的试探没有持久性，自然就无法形成突破；短线下方关注周五回撤点1503-1500，一旦价格短线有效跌破此位置的话，黄金料会再次回调至1490附近，当然在失守1503前仍保持反弹思路不变日内上方继续重点关注1515-1518Resistance.
　　
　　技术面日线继周五录得十字星后隔日录得下影阴线，日线短线暴露出动能不足的问题，如果出现连续的突破无果，那么就需要警惕价格的回调；日线布林带平行运行构筑震荡通道，短周期均线MA5/MA10金叉向上且MA5击穿MA60短线于日K下方提供支撑，日线KDJ指标拐头向下，MACD红色也未能完全放量，日线短线再次偏震荡运行；四小时金价于1510一线高位横盘整理后连续收阴回调，布林带缩口，短线K线回调触及中轨线，四小时看黄金短线偏空，日内下方首要关注1503支撑，操作上采取高沽低渣为主。 综合来看，今日短线操作思路上张晨雷个人建议以反弹高空为主，回调做多为辅，上方短期重点关注1513-1515Frontline resistance, short-term focus below1497-1499Frontline support.

　　原油技术面来分析，日线上看，原油再经过上周的倒V大周期回撤调整后，展开连阳反弹，上周五大阳拉升，本周初，开盘即跌，随后上涨，上演探底回升，冲高回落，日线收得小阳十字星，目前均线即将走出多头趋势，整体看涨不变；4小时上看，原油同上周，隔日创57.39新高后转为震荡，震荡完毕后将有大概率可能继续走高，当前布林带处于开口期，MA均线走出双金叉形态，KDJThe three lines of random indicators are downward,MACD指标顶背离，快慢线平行向前，综合来看，目前油价陷入震荡，有短期回撤需求，但整体依旧看涨，建议日内操作，回撤支撑附近做多为主，激进者可高位博弈空单，下方首先关注56.0-56.3一线支撑，破位则关注55.8-56.0一线。综合来看，今日短线操作思路上张晨雷个人建议以回调做多为主，反弹高空为辅，上方短期重点关注57.6-57.8Frontline resistance, short-term focus below55.6-55.8Frontline support.
